The program covers a wide range of topics, including understanding the physical and mental health needs of elderly parents, financial planning, legal considerations, and strategies for maintaining the caregiver’s well-being.

Ann heads up the Aging and Caregiver Services at Jewish Family Service and has been a family caregiver for her mother and mother-in-law.
